| The owner of a small dollhouse shop in Mendocino was interested in my work, and asked me to make a piece that she could take to a large show. I decided to make this standard school teacher's desk and chair. This was my first piece of 1" scale furniture. It is made of Tan Oak, a coastal hard wood. It is a true scale reproduction. All the drawers work, and the frame and panel sides are mortised together. I made limited run of 6 of these. |
