| In March of 1984, I built 4 of these wagons. This was a departure from furniture, but was a very interesting design and construction project. I had to learn about wagon construct and the craft of wheelwright. The parts are all bolted together, and the wheels are fabricated just like the real thing. The box bed lifts out of the frames on the undercarriage. The rear wheels have friction brakes, activated by the foot lever on the driver's right side. |
